My design process always begins with people — understanding their motivations, behaviors, and where they encounter friction. By centering empathy at the start, I ensure design solutions reflect real human needs rather than assumptions. I align user goals with business objectives by asking not just “What do we build?” but “Who are we designing for and why?” Research — including interviews, surveys, and data analysis — informs every choice, removes guesswork, and keeps perspective grounded in real experience. From there, I map user flows and structure information so people can navigate with confidence, then translate those patterns into wireframes, prototypes, and interactive models that can be tested early and often. Usability testing lets me observe how people behave with designs, revealing insights that guide iteration rather than relying on opinion. Throughout, I treat accessibility as a core constraint, not an afterthought, and continuously refine the experience based on qualitative feedback and measurable outcomes. This iterative process — rooted in empathy, evidence, and thoughtful decision-making — helps me create experiences that feel natural, clear, and truly useful.
